Project Overview
Carrington’s Buckingham Business Park has set a new standard in Sherwood Park for greenfield land development. The design of these commercial and light industrial offices and warehouses offers flexibility with the numerous units. To ensure the structure meets its versatile designs and remains safe for the tenants' intended uses, this commercial space was designed and constructed using steel roof framing, precast concrete insulated wall panels and pile foundations.
Grubb Engineering worked on this project with our Structural Engineer of Record and Specialist Structural Design services for this approximately 27,200 square foot commercial structure.
This project was completed in 2016.
