Andy has over ten years of structural engineering experience, in the UK and Canada. He has worked on projects ranging from Hotels to Car Dealerships, National Training Centres to Oilfield Shop/Offices and Firehalls to Townhouses. Andy is a graduate of the University of Cambridge in the UK, and has research experience in floor vibrations and steel-concrete composite structures.
Andy is the office manager for Grubb Engineering, and takes a lead role in most of the projects that come through the office. He believes in producing efficient designs that complement the architectural requirements for the space, and values good communication between clients, consultants and contractors to provide the best solutions for everyone in each case.
Andy is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta, Saskachewan and Manitoba. He is a member of the Building Sub-Council for the Alberta Safety Codes Council, and is also participates in committee work for APEGA.
