Project Overview
The Eagle Builders office, outside of Blackfalds, Alberta, is an impressive 32,700 square foot structure demonstrating the capabilities of precast concrete. Grubb Engineering worked closely with Eagle Builders, who were in the unique position as the client and the contractors. We assisted on this project by providing our Structural Engineer of Record and Specialist Structural Design services.
Our structural engineers provided insights into the steel truss roofing, precast concrete insulated wall panels, hollowcore, steel framing and concrete foundations to ensure that the structural design could be executed in the construction process. Working with Grubb Engineering also ensures that structures remain solid and safe for years.
This project was completed in the summer of 2017.
