Jade Bay Jealous Fruits

Project Overview

Jealous Fruits in Kelowna required a new packing facility for their cherry operation. The building design needed to work with Jealous Fruits’ equipment layout while improving their efficiencies. Jealous Fruits also wanted to prioritize safety throughout their operation, but in particularly in their building’s design. Grubb Engineering was able to help meet the client’s goals in meeting efficiency and safety standards with our Structural Engineer of Record and Specialist Structural Design services.

This commercial building was designed and constructed using precast concrete insulated wall panels, concrete foundations and stell truss roofing to ensure its structural integrity.

This project was completed in the summer of 2019.
